Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000 annually
Overview: Lead firmware development across OpenBMC, Caliptra/TF-M, GPU/NPU, and UEFI/SMM modules. Drive secure, resilient platform enablement and collaborate across silicon, hardware, and cloud teams.
Requirements: 8+ years experience in firmware architecture and development, deep knowledge of trusted execution environments, RoT, and platform telemetry.
AI Engineer
Location: Fremont, CA or Remote (California-based)
Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000 annually
Overview: Build federated learning pipelines and anomaly detection models for platform assurance. Integrate telemetry, event schemas, and edge-to-cloud inference workflows.
Requirements: Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, federated learning frameworks, and real-time anomaly detection. Familiarity with platform telemetry and event logging preferred.
Security Architect
Location: Fremont, CA
Salary Range: $150,000 – $190,000 annually
Overview: Define threat models and align platform assurance with certification frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, FIPS). Collaborate with firmware and AI teams to embed security into every layer.
Requirements: 10+ years in cybersecurity architecture, experience with secure boot, attestation, and compliance standards. Strong communication and documentation skills.
Business Development
Location: Fremont, CA
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 annually + performance incentives
Overview: Build strategic ecosystem partnerships and drive go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for platform assurance and federated AI solutions. Engage with industry consortia and technical alliances.
Requirements: Proven track record in technical business development, ecosystem engagement, and GTM strategy. Familiarity with platform architecture and AI domains preferred.
